Terms & Conditions

Definitions

For the purposes of this commitment, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each:

• The Online Store: The website or official application of "Yjed" under the domain (https://yjed.sa/).
• The Company: "Yjed Information Technology Company" (CR No. 4030505159).
• Privacy Policy: The privacy policy governing User information in the Online Store.
• The User: The client, buyer, or consumer, whether natural or legal person.
• Use: Browsing, viewing products, shopping, or contacting us.
• Products: All goods displayed on the Online Store for sale/design/tailoring.
• External Service Provider: Any entity contracting with the Company to display/promote their products.
• Electronic Contract: The agreement concluded electronically between the Store and the User.
• The Law: The E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations.
• Force Majeure: Emergency circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics).

Eligibility

• The User must be at least (18) years of age to register or benefit from the services. By using the Store, the User acknowledges possessing full eligibility.
• Parents or guardians must supervise any Minor's utilization of the Online Store services. The Store is not responsible for eligibility breaches.

Account & Registration

• Correct and real data must be provided according to official documents.
• Data is subject to verification. The Store may terminate access if identity cannot be verified.
• The User must not impersonate another person.
• Only one account per User is allowed.
• Use must be for lawful purposes only.
• The User is responsible for their account security and content.
• The Store reserves the right to monitor, delete, or edit content, and disable accounts violating terms.

Ordering & Purchasing

• The Electronic Contract remains pending until the order is accepted and confirmed (e.g., via SMS/Email).
• Order acceptance depends on product availability, eligibility, and payment correctness.
• The purchase order becomes binding after payment is performed (subject to cancellation/return rights).

Payment

• Accepted Methods: Visa Card, MasterCard, Mada, Tamara, Tabby.
• If using a card with a different currency, the issuer’s exchange rate applies.

Prices & Specifications

• Prices are in Saudi Riyals, exclusive of VAT (calculated at checkout).
• Prices may change from time to time.
• Price Errors: If an error occurs, the Store may correct it, or cancel the order and refund the amount (if within 1 day and before shipping).
• If paid price > product price: Difference is refunded.
• If paid price < product price: User may pay the difference or cancel.
• Specification Errors: The Store may correct errors within 1 day. If there is a shortage or swap, the User may continue or terminate the contract.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from the Company or External Service Provider to the registered address within Saudi Arabia only.
• Carriers: Aramex, DHL, SMSA, etc.
• Duration: 3 – 10 working days (varies by product/provider).
• Cost: Estimated at (25) SAR.
• Delays may occur due to Force Majeure or holidays. The Store will notify the User of delays.
• Tracking: AWB number will be sent via Email/SMS.
• If delivery fails within 15 days due to the Store, the full amount is refunded.
• User bears return fees if they refuse receipt or are unavailable.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

At "Yjed", satisfaction is a priority. Returns/Exchanges are allowed under these conditions:

• Timeframe: Within (7) days of receipt.
• Conditions: Original condition, not misused, reusable (health-wise).
• Process: Submit request electronically -> Ship within 2-3 days -> Inspection -> Refund/Exchange.
• Refunds: Processed within (15) working days via original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
• Defects: If a manufacturing defect exists, the User gets a full refund + shipping fees within (15) days.
• Exchange Value: If exchanging for a higher value item, User pays difference. If lower, User gets refunded difference.

Offers & Discounts

• The Store has the right to apply offers/discounts freely.
• The Store commits to the published value of the offer.
• Discounts cannot be requested for excluded products.

Error Correction

User may rectify errors by notifying the Store within (24) hours via yjed.sa, provided the product hasn't been used.

Liability of the Online Store

• The Company ensures manufacturing standards but is not liable for damages not attributable to it.
• Liability limit for proven damages shall not exceed (2,500) SAR.
• User releases the Store from liability for damages resulting from service utilization.

Security & Access

• The Store does not guarantee continuous, interruption-free access due to external factors.
• The Store is not responsible for data loss, profits loss, or system failures/viruses.
• Hackers will be legally pursued.

Right to Amendment

• Terms may be amended with (7) days notice. Continued use implies agreement.
• The Store may suspend services temporarily or permanently without liability.

Intellectual Property

• All copyrights belong to the Company or licensors. Reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
• Product IP belongs to the trademark owner indicated on the product.

User Conduct & Personal Info

• User is responsible for account confidentiality.
• User must report unauthorized use immediately.
• Providing incorrect info may result in account suspension.

General Provisions

• User commits to complying with all applicable laws.
• Jurisdiction: Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Competent court in Jeddah).

• Effective Date: Upon clicking "Agree".
