Shipping & Delivery Policy

The store will ship the pet tracking device to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the shipping company. The estimated delivery time will be shown before completing the order.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. The store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are shipped through approved shipping companies such as Aramex, DHL, Nashmi, and Flow, as well as other local carriers.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, excluding any delays beyond the store’s control.
* Same-day delivery is available within Jeddah City during official working hours.

Orders cannot be canceled after they are handed over to the shipping company. In this case, the order is considered in progress and will be subject to the Return & Exchange Policy (Clause 2).

Orders are prepared during official working hours. Orders placed after working hours will be processed on the next business day.

Signing for the shipment confirms that the customer received it in good condition, unless damage is reported immediately upon delivery.

The store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
  • The shipping company.
  • Circumstances beyond the store’s control.

The order becomes the customer’s responsibility once it is handed over to the shipping company.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment, the store may return the order, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
