Return Policy

Try YJED risk-free for a full month. If you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund.

Products in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Device must be factory reset.

30 days from delivery date. Returns initiated after this period are subject to evaluation and may incur restocking fees.

No physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear from testing is acceptable.

YJED collar device, charging cable, user manual, warranty card, and original packaging materials.

Securely package all items in original packaging. Include return authorization number and reason for return.

Use our pre-paid return label or ship at your own cost. We recommend insured shipping for protection.

Inspection and refund processing within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund issued to original payment method. Bank processing may take 3-5 additional business days.

Free exchange for different collar color within 14 days. Device must be unused and in original packaging.

Immediate replacement for manufacturing defects. Free shipping both ways for warranty claims.

Full coverage against manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and GPS accuracy issues under normal use.

For warranty claims, we can ship a replacement before receiving your defective unit (card authorization required).

Physical damage, water damage, battery degradation after 1 year, and damage from pet chewing or accidents.
