Standard Delivery

Pending order verification and credit approval, please allow approx. 7 – 10 business days for shipping delivery time excluding holidays.

Personalized or custom orders require additional time beyond the standard delivery window.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your shipping tracking number via email and SMS.

Delivery to GCC, Qatar, Oman or any PO Boxes are shipped via Aramex. Please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Note: Expedited or Express Delivery options are not available for GCC destinations.

The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total value and weight of your order before taxes.

Additional charges may apply for:

Expedited and Express Delivery options are available for domestic shipments within Saudi Arabia.

Express delivery options will be displayed at checkout if available for your location.

Saudi Arabia residents will be charged all applicable sales tax as required by local regulations.

Shipping costs are not taxable and will not have sales tax applied.

All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
