Return & Exchange Policy

The customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the pet tracking device, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce regulations.

To approve a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The device must not be used.
  • It must be in its original condition.
  • All accessories must be included.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • The device has been turned on or connected to the application.
  • A SIM card has been inserted, or the service has been activated.
  • The device is damaged due to misuse.
  • Stickers or serial numbers have been removed.

If the device has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, the store will replace it or refund the full amount without any additional charges.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • Incorrect installation or use against the user instructions.
  • Breakage, scratches, or damage caused by drops or impact.
  • Damage caused by liquids, moisture, high heat, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
  • Use of incompatible accessories, SIM cards, or parts.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the reason is a store error or a manufacturing defect.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at purchase within 14 business days from the date the return request is approved.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at purchase, except for installment services such as Tabby and Tamara, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.

This policy is subject to Consumer Protection regulations and the E-Commerce Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
